Ami Bera is the Democratic Congressman for California District 7 with a voting record that should very well disqualify him from the Democratic Party, and it should certainly at least discourage anyone reading this from supporting him, giving him money, or giving him a vote.

One of his recent attacks on civil rights comes in the form of a bill designed to hamper litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This assault on the ADA, and more importantly, this assault on disabled Americans is unacceptable. Bera’s sponsorship of this terrible act should make clear to anyone who has supported him in the past, it’s time to take a cold hard look at Ami Bera.

His record doesn’t look good.
